Underoos and other possom bottoms - April 2011

Thank fusk it's not yerself you're pickling, TF.

You never answered my question about what you do with all the lavender you harvest, by the way.

In Zulu they say "Hamba Kahle" - it means go well. There. You've learned something new. Never too old, as they say
    I'll do whatever it takes

Wow. That's nice, Tips. Same thing, I think.

Re the lavender - I cut and bunched and dried them. Then I stripped the dried flowers off and sewed some of them into little pillows to put across your eyes as in sleeping masks. Another lot I just placed into a huge bowl near the front door and like to disturb them as I pass. Other bunches I just use to wipe across the top of the pot belly stove.

      Lavender slut I am.

        Evening All,

        Lots to read back on.

HP - Did you go to everything today? I didn't get to the Dawn Service but I did got to GOMA. Got to say I was unimpressed.

            Evening folk's,

            How was yer day?

You know, there is SO much to look forward to in life isn't there? Just a bit of self reflection, and feeling quite inspired with a new feeling/reminder of what possibilities are ahead for the young bloke. I feel i am only half way through my life really, with so much more to do and experience. Geez, i haven't started a family yet! And that door is open. Crazy?, crazy you say? You betcha. But this thing called life is facinating to be sure.

                Night TF.

Well, am posting this from me mobile, as Liz has booted me off her Apple mac. Yes, as some of you are aware, i was summoned to Windsor castle for the sunday get together with Kate and Will. I think the idea was to get me to try and talk some sense into Fergie, but geez, i dunno. Big ask. And yep, big arse too, not that there's anything wrong with that. But the girl is proud, and i can just see a little spark in there ready to ignite, so i left them all to it. (p.s. It was great chatting with the girls, Liz, Fergie and Kate till around 3 a.m. when I snuck out, and Liz holds her piss well, Fergie's passed out by this stage, but Kate? Well, sorry Will, but.....well, after a couple of rasberries, irritating)

After having to point the bone at the bloody corgi's to get out of the joint, i'm sure it was Richard Branson and one Strayan icon Thompson, J. i saw canoodling in the royal lavender bushes near the front gate?

Mr G - is there are significance to your new avatar??

TF - you continue to inspire - pickling your own olives????? :goodjob: Sometimes I feel like a complete urban twit :H:H Sounds like the service went well - we have very few Vietnam vets here - there is a reason for this, but I cant remember what it is????

I spent a little bit of the weekend exploring new technology .... I now have managed to download the toolbox to "Evernote" (application) which means that I can carry it with me everywhere on my i-pad and i-pod touch!!!

Those of us that have come into work are discovering that lots of NZ workplaces have decided to give people another day off to make up for Anzac Day being on Easter Monday. I had this "eureka" moment - as in "this is my business, I can make up my own rules", and we may just declare today another day off by morning tea time :H:H
Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

                    Morning.

How do they do the olives in the factories then ? There's always a little cross in them isn't there ? Is there one profoundly bored little bloke at the 'Always Fresh' workplace who just crosses olives all day ? Hows the RSI potential in that ?
Wonder what the career path is like in the olive trade ?

Re Packer....was he the one who scored a kidney from one of his employees ? (before dying with it insitu in 2005)

Honestly, the cultural exchange is mind boggling at this time of the day.

                      Re pets.

Time for chookage update I feel.

Mercedes is not only over Schapelle's death, but has hooked up with another crew (within 24 hours of said best friend's death) Chickens don't mourn for long , do they ? No grief councelling required there.

Athena is cause for some concern of late. She has started to......well.....crow.....to such an exaggerated extent that we now suspect trans gender issues (we'll spend councelling money on that instead. Yep. Loud and proud.....and early...

Mmmm. Eldest locust spent several hours of his life pushing the pimentos out of stuffed olives with a straw re-stuffing with veal mix, then egg, bread crumbs, egg breadcrumbs, to create ta da stuffed olives ready to be fried. For work you understand.

And yes, his pilot I believe Bridge, without researching.

Morning undies. Time to read back, sleepy day yesterday after catching the dawn service.

I want chooks, not desperately yet but they will form part of the greater plan when we are locust free, though will that ever happen?

With regard to the chook shrink, I now do not feel so bad about contemplating a pussy whisperer.

Did you lot know its a long weekend in the sunshine state next weekend? Not coz of Wills and Kate, its our Labour day...
