      Hmmmm, again missing the action. I am enjoying my 28th day AF with my husband out with the guys, and me a good book and some frosting (part of my dinner.) Hope everyone is having a lovely Saturday evening!

          I need a brand new start for May...after my initial AF period where I felt so great, have realised that moderation is not doing the same thing for me. Even a half a glass of wine is too much. So...wish me luck..

                Congratulations Sunny! 28 day's is a huge achievement. What's your plan? Are you going to keep going?

                HP sauce, moderation is a dodgy lark usually, but we can only know when we try it.

                So is your plan for May the whole month grog free, e.g. 30 day's AF?

                      Its weird you know. I found the Feb free - although starting late and going into March not so bad. I have found moderating bloody awful. So I am looking forward to the next month.

                          It's a journey of self discovery HP to be sure. Sometimes a long one. As long as we look after ourselves as best we can until we find our way, and don't die for example, but a way out sooner is preferable than later.
