                  good for you mario.:l I had a session yesterday. I don't think I'm quite as far along as you are because I'm not at the point yet where it feels great to get it out. It's more like a painful feeling of having all my internal organs ripped out. I'm exhausted today. But I know t's for the best. Can't hide from the past. It has a way of sneaking back up on you when you least expect.

                      Expat having good people to talk to and who are good listeners is a must in this ongoing battle, I have 2 different councillors one is of the normal sort,she is brilliant, and the other is 8th dan martial arts expert who is huge into spirituality & healthy living,and his wise counsel is very must for me,But im the best councillors i have come across are all you people here,you cant beat it.

                                Morning all. Busy bees this morning!
                                Off to hopefully get my plaster and wires removed tdy, though my gf's mum( who used to be a nurse ) says they will put another one on once the wires are removed. :-((
                                Have been dared by my daughter and gf to have pink plaster if they do. Do that's what I'll do!
