UMMM-I was (am) ocd about checking. Like did I lock all the doors and windows, did I turn off the taps, gas, iron. I'd go around the house checking several times and then leave the house...and just have to come back to check again. Leave and then...I'm much better now.

Cy - re the scar, I just wanted to say that scars are actually beautiful things, they mean the hurt is over and the healing is done :l Maybe its a good reminder for you of why you are AF.
