Brilliant, Panno.
I remember my first time. It was when we got the garage re-roofed and they'd only been gone 10 minutes and the fecking roof started leaking again. I would have been headed round the corner shop as quick as me feet would carry me but decided to calmly ring them (me heart was hammering at the time) and tell them to get back up there toot fecking sweet. It could be worse, I could be filing.

I would advice a duvet day, with regular doses of hot cross buns or custard creams. Be careful not to titrate up too fast as it has unreliably noted that it may cause bad tempers.
