I'm going sugar free from Monday.

Mind I've got enough doughnuts, chocolate and biscuits for a massive blow out before I start. Bit like a last bender before a de-tox.

I should have said CF, chocolate free. I've just bought some lovely plum reserve (Aldi again) so I can have a sweet treat.

I'm not having sugar in coffee, or eating sweeties and................sob, sob cakes.

And I must up my fruit intake.

I forget to tell you,yesterday when i was sitting in my car, i kept hearing my name being called as in mario,mario, i thought it was for some mexican geezer near me , nope it wasn't , it was limers and i am calling her limers as i forgot her name and she is calling me mario in a public car park,thinking about it it is funny.

Panno, I am sorry about your cat and also a bit freaked out for you about the tyre blowout.

Starts, sorry you feel like shite. I do too actually and I have a busy weekend on and also been invited for second interview on Monday re the job I went for last Monday.

I may head back to bed for a bit. Bah. I hate wasting days by going back to bed but think it's the only way to deal with this today.

jc, i have recipes for sugar free cakes (sweetened with fruit) does that count on your sugar free mission..... i reckon it does. cocoa powder isnt sweet so i reckon you could have lots of yummy chocolate cakes and sweets and still be faithful to you mission (o thats the devious cheat in me comimg out)

I dont know what is wrong with me today, I feel like I am having a fecking panic attack - Am completely paranoid about everything, whether it be opening an email, a text off a friend, facebook or anything....

I am going to have to get someone to come round and sit with me til it goes as last time this happened ... well you can guess what I did.
