'Course it will be easy for me to curtsy 'cos I still move like a 20 year old - Fen said so!!!! Oh and RC - bet I can run faster than you - so you had better get moving!!!! LOL And I do believe you are catching us up fast.......
anyway, this OLD lady (but NEVER EVER as old as Ma'am) is getting ready for bed. I have had the most wonderful day outside - NO RAIN. More coming tomorrow though.

Goodmorning everyone, I hope you are well. My brain kicked in early today, with work details that are piling up - a busy three weeks coming up. Fecking rain is here for a week or so it looks like. It makes it hard to run outdoor events @#$%^.
Vancouver won their series last night, wahoooo! On to round two of NHL playoffs.

Morning all. Fluff, your in the NE, I'm in SE, western Georgia. We are expecting some VERY dangerous weather here tonight. I've been watching TWC and they're showing 6 tornadoes on the ground now in Miss, Louisiana, Alabama,Tenn, and they're coming this way. I HATE this! They predict it being all the way up the east coast tomorrow.I hope everyone's OK.sigpic

Good Morning everyone - poor you Fluff having the storms - they are very scary! Just keep safe! And Ruby - you too - those storms are so severe, stay at home - how is the throat? Are you going to the doc? Maybe you should stay home? We have more expected, - but not the severity of the ones that we had. Mainly rain I think. Hill - sorry - you can join the rain club now!! Yesterday was our first day without rain in goodness knows how long! Good morning Rog - good to hear you chipper this morning.

I think I'm a bit better today. Trying to be sure all my family is alert and aware of what's going on and being safe. They give a rating of the most dangerous areas, and we have a 9 in 10 chance of being near a tornado tonight. Not the odds I like. But this thing is going to affect most states on the east coast. Did I say I hate this??sigpic

Ruby- We just get bad thunderstorms more than tornadoes, although, NJ has seen tornadoes now and then but nothing like what the midwest and south get...
Glad you are feeling better- btw I read somewhere that honey has natural antibacterial agents in it and is good for your throat, too...
Roger- I am going to make a version of beef chili using beef cubes instead of ground beef-in the crock-pot- my daughter has a softball game which goes past 8pm so, that's what's for dinner in my house...everyone will be home at different times...also, I make a chili that's really good using ground turkey instead of beef- it's more tender...
Hi Grateful and Sunny...Sunny-I looked at the weather map and there is a huge green blob over Illinois....
