      Bird, sounds like you had a nasty storm too, wow.
      Buffy, welcome, and thanks for letting us know a little about you. It does sound like you really want to fight this battle, and we are here to help. I consider alcohol my poison too.
      Want, how are things? Hang in there, you can do it, and we are here to help.
      Sunshine, and Ruby, I am right there with you, I couldn't quite get all of Rog's post.
      Rog, hope you are OK.

      Things are good with me. I am able to do about 3/4 exercise now, as my back is healing, but not all better. It feels so good to move and exercise. As the old saying goes, you don't know what you got, till it's gone - and that is especially true for being able to exercise.

        Good morning, Hill. I am feeling better today finally - thank you. I hope your back heals soon!!

        Roger...I'm glad that the seminar went well and you asked a lot of questions...and I hope you got a lot of sleep last night!! (I'm pretty good at interpreting - I've had to decipher my 85 y.o. boss' handwriting for 15 years!!)

        Buffy & Want-I wanted to say welcome to our family and please lean on us.

        Ruby-you are going with me today to my hub's cousin's funeral...well, in spirit....I am taking your signature apple dumplings and my red velvet cupcakes. So thank you in advance for being with me...it's going to be a hard one as his death was such a shock and he was so young. My in-laws are such a tight family...cousins are like brothers & sisters here and everybody lives in the same community. This is the 2nd child that the Mom has lost....and he was the one who did everything for her...lived next door to her.
        Live each day to the fullest, my friends, as we just never know.......

        Vicki-I bet you are still sore after planting that HUGE garden...are you sure you aren't part Amish? Wow is all I can say. I am hoping that after today things will get back to "normal" and I can call you...being sick really knocked me out...but thankfully I am feeling a lot better today.

        Sunny, Bird, Fen, RC, IAD, Jan, Nora, ........and all my friends, have a wonderful Hump Day.

        Oh-please everyone, keep Sunshine_GG in your thoughts and prayers....not sure exactly what is going on but I do know that she needs caring thoughts. Thank you.

          lok sorry ladies and gent and yes i was very tired last night and really for the few days i have been waitting to go .. really all it waas .. waas just as thew first paper work said it would be and what thew read and learn and give a flyers .. for schools to go to and treach you how to pass the test .. which cost and whopping 1000 .. just to show how and when to expect on the test .. ... so what am i do do.. gvues do this on my own andread as much as i can and now i have an asignment for sue and put all the lable and every section .. for qiuk refence ....... welll i couldnt sleep much woke up a few time and .. think im talki g in my sleep ... maybe im finally going crazy like everyone says i nam ... well runnng nlate need to get back to the watcher lady .. maybe ill unbotto my pants and let threm slip down and give her something to really look at ... be she 80 yers old so dont want rto give her a heret stact... later love and big hugs ...... if you dont hear from me for a few day you know i fanlly made it in the funny farm ... anyone want to come and joy me .../.. off to work i go

            Good Morning everyone - have been really busy this morning - and it is only 9.00!! now I need to get ready for work. mid shift. Hill, I am so pleased that your back is feeling better than it was and yes that is so true about not appreciating what we have until we don't have it!! Hope it continues to improve!

            Grateful - glad that you are feeling better - SO sorry about your hubs cousin - what a shock for you all. The mum must be devastated. At least she will have lots of support, not that it helps with the inside feelings, but it does help a little. And what is it with Sunshine_GG? I haven't seen anything.....

            Rog - dear Rog - as usual you have just got to hang in there. Seems to be all you are doing these days - life has to get better right? You are being thrown some pretty awful stuff it seems to me. You ARE strong though and can handle it - I have faith in you. And don't you go doing anything naughty in front of that lady!!!

              Rog, I did understand what you said, but you know I'm worried about how much stress you're under these days, and the fitful sleeping is not giving you the rest you need. I am worried you're getting to a breaking point, even with someone as strong as you are. I'm not worried about you picking up again, but afraid all this frustration will come out somewhere you don't mean it too. Remember, when you get angry, take 3 long, deep, breaths before you do anything, OK bubba? And don't flash the old lady - she may be stronger than you think! :H
              Hill, glad to hear the back is better. Take it easy so you don't hurt yourself again - you've got a lot of activities coming with the spring with your kids.
              Sun, good chatting with you last night. Countdown till your vacation, right?!
              Grateful, I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I'm sure they're devastated. That was SO sweet of you to let me know, and I WILL be with you in spirit. I sure hope you're feeling better, too. :huggy

                    RC, my friend, I'm so glad you posted. I've worried about how you are doing with all this stuff. But we're here for you, always remember that. I know Sun is so upset she can't come to see you right now, but maybe we'll do it together one day when our ship comes in. Besides, Rog is going to build us all that commune one day, and you can come be our medicine woman! You go girl. You are very strong, and beautiful inside and out.

                        Want To Stop, You need 2 let people help you also use your Family & Friends Don't forget to pray always and keep writting & journing don't stop also use your spon. w/AA thats what she is for also use your Mother you always talked to me before, you told me things that no one else would dare tell there moms, So if u need 2 write it down on this forum/paper write it out But Please Talk to me Baby.I know u & God are the only ones that can do this but talking helps alot but do not shut down do not shut the doors to Family & Friends but do not shut you down !!!                             Hey, guys! Not doing too good today. I read all your posts and would love to reply to each one of you, but I am unable to type because I literally cannot bend my fingers! Been taking pain pills that don't even phase it. Woke up all through the night and soaked them in really hot water. Grateful, I am so very sorry for the loss in your family. Every day is a precious gift from God that we should always cherish. Please know that I am praying for each one of you. Love, Vicki

                                Rog, I'm with Rubes. You need to get some quality sleep. I am one of those folks who can't cope at all with anything if I'm short on sleep. Can you get a prescription for Ambien or something like that? Hang in there...:h

                                Vick, that's awful about your hands! Do anti-inflammatory meds help? :h
