        hey there mama dont hurt yourself and always good to see you ruby and yes dont work too hard ..
        well update on sue ...she has to stay up all night till 5am ..she hasnt had any seazure there so far .. so they are going thur the motions and trying to see if staying up all night trigger one ..i really do hope they find out what really causing them and she said to let everyone know how much this means to her having everyone saying prayers and sending good vibes for her ..
        and well its going to be a long night for her
        and as for me ill be getting ready for bed soon .. been working my ass off and im tired and still trying to think of what more to make to eat

                      wakey wakey morning everyone ... well im going to be working bye myself today and no helper to keep me sane , god help me ... i think i want a two day weekend...well anyway have a great friday everyone ..here i sat and having my threee day old coffeeeeee just addded water and its nice and strong

                          Did a week AF then slipped last nite - upward on onward starting again today..... I'm off and gonna stay off my feet as much as possible today - give the back a rest.... its not happy.... Hope you all have a great EASTER.

                            No Rog - not everyone sleeping in - I just was sorting the dogs and putting the rubbish out first - rubbish day today. THREE day old coffee - yuck. Quitting time - sorry about the slip - but you have the right idea totally - straight back on the horse......hope your back feels better. I would have slept in longer but Ben thought it was time to be up, then Maggie needed to go out, by which time I thought I might as well stay up. I had to be up in an hour anyway (when i actually got up). Odd shift today - 9-5.30. Pouring with rain here today and thunder.

                            Good Morning to all you sleepyheads!! Come on, if I am up, you should be up!! Have a super day to all of you - Fen, hope your mom is doing better - RC, good luck with the move - Grateful, hope that you are feeling more chipper, and you too Nora. Ruby - be careful driving home.                               Oooh...it's 8:20- really got to sleep in! The kids are off from school- so no getting up at 5:30...
                              Hey, it's my birthday- so Happy Birthday Me! Nice way to celebrate it by staying in bed...in fact I might just go back to bed...the kids are still asleep....teenagers....
