    Swan, my third child!!!!!! Happy Birthday, and such a great day to have you back!! Both my 'other' children had birthdays this week, so this is just perfect!!
    Gracie just left, and I'm completely exhausted. While I was weeding in the yard, she started up a running monologue in an exaggerated Southern accent, and ranted about everything from hair stylists to cooking! It was TOO hilarious! I'd have given a million dollars to have gotten her on tape. She has been feisty and wicked all afternoon.I came in to the bathroom, kept feeling something behind me and tripping. Checking I found I had a long dog leash hooked to my back belt loop. She thought it was hilarious. This kind of thing went on for HOURS today. I asked her if she was on drugs (kidding) and using that crazy voice, she acted outraged and said 'The only drug I use is Coke, and I don't mean diet coke, either!' Total craziness from her, but SO much fun to listen to. It did wear me out tho.
    Haven't had time yet to read back, but I will, and catch up with ya'll.

      Good morning everyone, and Happy Easter. I hope you have a great day.

      We just did our Easter egg hunt, it is so fun. My kids are getting so good at finding the eggs, I am going to have to get sneakier.
      Vicki, my daughter is 5 and 1/2 and my son is 7 years old. They love Easter morning, my wife spoiled them with stuff of course. She always tells me she just has a few things. The magic of these mornings through kids eyes is so wonderful.

          Good Morning to all - Happy Easter! Yet More Storms in the night, although the sun is SO trying to peek through the clouds..... no outdoor sunrise services this morning. More storms and rain today. This is getting VERY old!!

          Glad that you had fun with the Eggs this morning Hill - lovely to see the little ones enjoying them selves isn't it?

                Happy Easter Fluff - no, more storms - and big ones, coming over today. Probably starting in a couple of hours and judging from the radar, I would say going well into the evening, if not the night. Blah! The sun DID pop out to say Good Morning this morning but scurried back to bed...... lazy. Beautiful chickies Fluff.....

                  Morning, Sunshine, IAD, Hill, Ruby, Fluff and all! Funny cartoons IAD and Fluff.
                  Only 10C so far and not so sunny. Hope it warms up soon.
                  Hill I remember when my 3 were age 6 and under. We had spent the night at Grandmas and had to do the egg hunt when we got home. I had to scramble into the house before everyone and just scattered the eggs. We explained that we must have started the bunny. So cute watching the older 2 furiously collecting and the little man just happy to get one and pop it into his mouth. Great times.

                      good morning .. can i go back to sleep pleaseeeeeeeee.... well looks like everyone doing their best enjoy and HAPPY EASTER ONE AND ALL... i have a few things to go get and do around the house today ... so guess ill get moving ... oh update on sue she was out as DD driver TILL 3AM with the girls and feeling good ... .. well later gators

                        Happy Easter, beautiful family! I hope everyone is enjoying their day and their family.

                        Fluff & Swannie-I am late, as usual, but I hope you both had a wonderful birthday! Swannie-how are you feeling? We all were so worried.

                        I think I finally got caught up reading here....I'm going to have dinner with my youngest son and then go visit my in-laws.


                        It is very beautiful here today and I'm hoping to get outside to do a little work in between cooking & baking! Yep-I'm making the ham for my in-law's dinner (but gonna keep some for Jeremy & me)....he won't go to dinner - long story, but my sis-in-law said some not nice things about him that were not true and I don't blame him for not going..hence, my staying with him. Always drama here.....

                          Hubs gone for a long Harley ride on this beautiful day. Can't have my regular Easter dinner - not son's weekend with kids, SIL is working, Tay is going to BF's, Grace is having a late BD party at her OTHER g'ma's, so we're having a special Sunday next weekend. It is absolutely perfect here today.

                              HAPPY EASTER, FAMILY!!!
                              We had a beautiful Church service today and came home and ate our roast, potatoes, carrots, onions and a side of kale and cornbread! Yesterday, I picked (3) 5 gallon buckets of kale and I was too tired to put them up, so guess what I'll be doing all day? :upset:
                              Fluff, I loved your colorful easter chickens! Too cute! Grateful, are you okay? I tried to call you twice and I was getting worried about you! I'm so sorry your s-i-l hurt Jeremy's feelings. I'm afraid I would have to go off on her. NOBODY                               messes with my kids! Sunshine, to get your letters large and colored, you have to click on "go advanced" , then highlight your word, select the size (I used #6 above), select the color and hit bold if you want the color darker. Hope that helps you. Hill, so glad you enjoyed hiding eggs with your little ones. Enjoy them, they grow up so fast! Ruby, that Gracie sounds like a character and a handful! Do you feel lonesome not having your family around on Easter? I do. I hope you all have a wonderful day and appreciate all that this day stands for! I love you all so much! Vicki

                                oh i just love them ruby ... ok ladies heres one for the books new or well scatch and dent wsher and dyer or roger's trip ... the washer that here and dryer are well falling apart and i could take some screws and hold it together for a few more runs ... what do you ladies think i do need a break and what i making on this last part of the job is well enoght to take care of ..one or the other meaning both washer and dryer but no trip or trip and we take care of it when or if we come back hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
