    Cass (my iPad wants you to be Case :H) you ave been on a roller coaster couple of weeks, your body is just trying to recover, even although it's good stress it's a lot to deal with.

    I finally told me husband today I was going back, got a lump in my throat but at least that done. Been working, biking and now in my bikini in garden.
