              Hi in chains,

              My day cassia was grand ,didn't do to much,went for a long walk instead of cycle,was walking around the phoenix park and came upon a group of tourists who were been walked around by a tour guide so i hung out with them for a while :-)

                                Imo Some of them get very nasty and really bitchy if you dont agree with them and also some of them cant get that some people can stop drinking without taking there meds,even though there many people here who have exactly done that.
