Ok had some pudding, had some supps. I know I am the only one that makes me drink, I am the one that desires to not feel anything, well I guess that would be the desire to not realize I'm feeling anything or what it is I'm feeling, until tomorrow when i feel all of that and then some. I think I will go for a cycle when I get home with no IPOD and list the things I'm great full for as I'm riding and try to stop obsessive thoughts of her from running through my head.

Evening all.
Cold day tdy, and I'm soo tired after 4 hrs sleep last night.
The daily jog was much easier tdy, and it cert makes you feel good once it's done. Mat start going to the gym when I get some money, but one step at a time!
Have been thinking bout getting a new tattoo for ages, but didn't know what to get. Someone mentioned something bout scars the other night that really made me think. After my last binge and fall, and the nice scar it's left in my arm, I've decided to get 'Our scars remind us that the past is real' written on the inside of my left arm. It's a lyric to a song, that ironically is about drinking too much, and I just think it's something to constantly remind me where I was and where I want to be. Just got to look into writing styles.
Jenny...I always find eating helps alot. And a can of coke.
Not even going to look at the med thread. Too much stress for me.
