I also have problems with dust or pollen or pepper or anything in my nose zenny. I don't think it's an allergy as such, but once I start sneezing, it goes on for ever - at least twelve explosive sneezes and up to twenty sometimes.

You do indeed. Good for you. I don't even know half of what you're talking about let alone try to write a report and such of it.
Amoxycillin - that dosage is pretty hardcore!

I've taken amoxycillin for sinusitis loads of times. In fact, I have two bottles of it here on hand in case I need it... *sigh* Did the Doc have you take two pills for the first dose? If he didn't go and take another one now... the double pill start off dose really helps it kick in.

Are you taking antihistamines? And have you ever heard of a neti pot?

Also... you'll need probiotics (acidophilus etc.) after the course of antibiotics, but you prolly know that. Just moi being bossy... again!!!
Zennie dear, just how big is your medicine cabinet anyway? Or do you have a drawer for medication and supplements and such.? I'd be afraid of getting them mixed up. You are very knowledgeable I must admit....

I didn't mean to make fun of your sneezing problem Reccie, dear. I just couldn't resist because that panda is so cute.
My older son had an allergy for many years which thankfully he seems to have outgrown. We never found out what it was from but I expect from olive tree pollen since it always seemed to affect him later than most of the trees were in the pollination stage. He would sneeze up to 15 to 20 times and sometimes so bad that he could hardly catch his breath. Sometimes I wonder how he didn't get a hernia from it. It was really very painful to watch. I'm sorry that you have something like that. Probably what Zennie said... you have sensitive cilia...

I bunged a load of shirts in the washing machine earlier and at the end of the cycle the usual thing happened - all the sleeves were wrapped round each other so that it was impossible to pull one shirt out at a time and I ended up pulling a string of about a dozen shirts all tied to each other. Has anyone ever solved this problem or is it just my washing machine that does this?
