Just necked 400grms and I know from past experience it is very helpful. Oh yeh looking forward to the pink cloud once I get past the weekend. Day 4/5 always the hardest for me.

Evening all. Just a quick hello before I have a bath a settle down for the big footie game.
Been an interesting day if I'm honest. Alot of stuff has gone on tdy, but it's decisions I've made for the best. I could and prob would of let things build before and ended up using it as a reason to drink. But I've dealt with it, and onwards I march. Sober and happy I've been able to make choices, rather than fall back on my 'old friend'
Haven't read back tdy, as I'm on my phone, so I hope all is well with everyone and you have a great day/night.

Oh yes a right royal pain it is indeed, hence the relief felt when people finally free themselves of it. Not that we are ever really free I suspect, but life can be sooooo much better if we choose the right path.
