Yes thanks, I am a creature of habit. Haha just realised how true that is in regard to AL too. My morning always starts with real coffee and porridge, multi vitamin and minerals tab and some milk thistle. You are so right they are important, as is drinking enough water in the early days. Smoothies feel too much effort in the morning but DW makes them sometimes and then I help her make them disappear. I reckon I get 10 a day so no worries there. And I am talking about veg before anyone says it.

Good morning everyone
Sleepy Chill here plagued with too much dreaming about my ex (ugh) the sooner I get out of here the better.

Did Zenners fall in the bin I wonder?

Mrs A - I really hope you are better, running if you're not is crazy but I know you've heard it and don't want to hear it, just take care of yourself.

KTAB - it takes a few days to get these poisonous toxins our your body, up your water intake and flush them out, we will soon have the blah knocked out of you.

Had problems with MWO last night and couldn't log in so have just finished reading over last nights posts. What a funny bunch you are. You had me laughing out loud. Good to see that you were all in such good form.
