Have a good holiday Starty weather does sound promising

As for the Scotish Marathon I am going to travel up to Fort William tomorrow and if I am fit on Saturday I will run on Sunday but only if I am bug free.

Everyone here is telling me not to run except the Medics who think if I feel OK I will be able to run.

Good morning, Army

Thank you for all your good wishes on our anniversary. It turned out to be a very nice day. We drove out to the same little town we took Rags to, had a leisurely lunch, an amble afterwards to window shop and browse and some decadent gelato before we headed back home.

Have a good Thursday. Mine is bound to be busy, having been away in mid-week.

A very good morning to one and all.
Slept a little better last night. Still woke up at around 3, but managed to go back to sleep pretty easily.
It's going to be another lovely day here in Wales, with highs of 19 and just a little cloud and a north westerly breeze keeping the day fresh as a daisy.
This is weather man Cy signing out to get some coffee and crunchy nut clusters.

Morning folks, guess who hasnt got a hangover, still feeling a bit blaagh though. Mrs A you're some woman for one woman. Starty where are you off to? Tips belated happy aniversary. Cy never had honey nut dudes, they sound very sweet. Speaking of sweet mornin Expat. Hi there Stashia it can be a small novel at times in the army. Zenny wise choice in giving it a miss last night, just think about today in that regard, tomorrow will look after itself. Not sure about grabbing a bull's dangly bits though.

Morn KT. Clusters are the dogs gonads. I can eat them as a snack, or as a cereal. So versatile!
Have you got vit supps. I find they really help in my early sobriety. And innocent smoothie. I would drink a pint of that which is 4 of my 5 a day, and always feel better afterwards.
