Reccie, I just stopped in for a quick peek. I don't know what's wrong but you can stay here and talk about it to anyone who happens to be about. Please don't go away. The support here always helps no matter how bad you're feeling.

Flying visit from Mr. KTAB too, Reccie the help and support is here if you choose to take it. I tried hiding away for the past few weeks and continuing to drink and it doesnt work for me. For a split second I could have taken a drink at breakfast time this morning tbh but I didnt, how crazy is that? It scares me and that is one of the reasons I am here.

Hear you KTAB, I had a fleeting thought at around 8am this morning cos I know that's when the local shop starts selling booze.

I chose not to though thank god. I feel like shite as it is, could have been a hell of a lot worse if I'd carried the bender on for another day.

I am sat right on the banks of the river right now. Not a soul around for miles. Well, except for a few sheep! Words can't describe how lush it is. I'll bring you down here kitty. But make sure u bring your wellies!
Walk was good and did it in under 2 and a half hrs which is bonza! Gonna head back now, so catch ya all laters!

I used to justify drinking at breakfast by putting my vodka in smoothie so at least i was getting 2 of my 5 a day. Madness!

Thanks KTAB, I know I'll feel ok by Saturday as well.

My ex popped in with some sandwiches and has offered to come and have a big spring clean with me on Sat so that's something to look forward too. I am such a slob when I am drinking, 2 days of it and the place goes to pot!!
