Unbelievably, I am also feeling freezing. I had the fire up high earlier (Doggies out in the garden) Ex came in and almost passed out with the heat - The Thermostat said it was 28 C in here at the time and I was sat there shivering :H

Better now and it's down to 23C in here.

Hi guys, I am drinking buckets of tea and have polished off half a packet of choc chip cookies in the last half hour. I will be taking a glass of LGlut very shortly as its getting to the witching hour. I suppose its good that I can see only too well whats happening.

I took L Glut when I did the Atkins diet some years ago. Def helped with that so maybe I will get my arse to the health food shop and try it again. I took tablets back then, is it better to do it in liquid form this way and sort of how much do you have a day?

I used to take the tablets Kitty but bought the powder in a 200grm drum. Much better value and I can take much more than a few tabs in a glass of water. Its very safe to take large amounts and has always helped me with cravings.

Yeah, I needed a bath and to wash my hair earlier. Oh and get out of the clothes I had been wearing since Tuesday ... ewww lol. I was tempted not to so I would just look minging and not want to leave the house at all but one look in the mirror sent me into the bath.

A friend gave me a lovely set of bath stuff from the sanctuary for my bday so I used that.

Thanks KTAB, thats great. I wonder if the assistants in Holland and Barrett know about L Glut and alcohol. I'll go and read the holistic healing forum for tips. Think I'll get some milk thistle while Im at it.

I'll be passing through town on way to AA tomorrow.

I tried to get it in powdered for and H&B didnt stock it, might be different in the Uk. Every one of those bodybuilder type shops have it though. Here is a link to the gear I am using, sure that particular shop is in the UK
