I suspect that is why one of the reasons my business never grew, I just dont have a ruthless streak in me. I have seen some behaviour in business that would make your toes curl.
Actually I have to say, at my last serious attempt to really say goodbye to AL I definitely grew as a person spiritually, further alienating myself from underhand practise.
Hahaha jeez did you realise you are in the presence of St. KTAB the 1st?

Now then IC, what we gonna do with you, hun.:l

This giving up drinking is a learning experience. Not a single one of us here got it right the first time. Have you had a thought about just trying a few days AF and then re-assessing how you feel.

Ah In Chains, I know that feeling only too well and suspect many others do too. The big difference is you have made an important step though, you have been honest. Dont underestimate the importance of that.
I hope you do continue to come here and post, that honesty will help you to see the next logical step forward. The alternative is what I no longer wish for myself, how about you?

I wasnt that bad :H Just er... did upset a few people in the process, but they werent close friends or anything like that.

Going off subject, I was telling Cy about this tonight. I had a friend request on facebook from, I think the only other person on FB with the same name as me. I added her a few months ago (She lives in the UK too)

Spookily, it was my bday on Monday, hers on Tuesday. When I wished her a happy birthday she mentioned that it was also her wedding anniversaryl Double spook as I also got married on my birthday as well (I am divorced now)

I wonder if she has a drink problem.... ?

Hello Inchy - please stick around. This forum is for everyone who is fighting the battle against AL. Some people are much further advanced in their fight than others. Just because you are in the early stages of your fight doesn't mean you don't belong here or that you are a fraud. I posted drunk earlier on today too and received a lot of understanding, support and encouragement and it's helping me. It can help you too.

It's about what I would have expected Cass, depending on the size of the car and the location. Or you could buy a cheap second-hand car for a month and then sell it. If the price difference is less than ?500 you would be better off doing that.
