              Morning all ... better but not fantastic sleep last night. I am thinking that I am going to cancel on my last 'birthday night out' tonight. (Yeah I drag the fecker out lol!) I have been around too many pubs and restaurants lately and while bar Tuesday, it was fine.I dont think it did me any good. As the saying goes : 'If you sit in a barbers long enough, you will get a haircut'

              Mario, good luck at counselling. I find male counsellors easier to talk to. Think maybe we can sometimes feel that people of our own sex can be 'judging' us.

                              Hiya starts. Maybe I'll meet you too to protect you ;-)

                              A friend suggested to me that I should make a type of 'bucket list' - Not that I am dying, but in a 'Things to Do before I am 40' way and try and aim to do one thing a month. I think that sounds fun actually.

                              I think achieving sobriety and learning to drive should be on there, but I'll think of some fun stuff as well.... maybe involving much younger men? LMAO j/k
