Not sure Wuney, my cute tenant wants in asap but I need somewhere to go to and all the bloody checking and references could take a few weeks....
I have been living like a panda (recluse) since last July when the money ran out and not really seeing any of my friends. Of course in the last few days I seem to have run into everyone and its getting very emotional. Awwhhh it is gonna be hard for you hon but I think it would be worse if you had nobody you were gonna miss or had nobody to say goodbye to. You have touched a lot of people's lives and will stay in a lot of hearts.
