Just totally in the dumps Reccie. It's fine I will snap out of it, I am normally quite a positive person but some times the black cloud just engulfs me for days on end.

Doubt that there's anything that I could teach you about the subject ktabs, but if it's depression then I find that citalopram helps a little.
