I don't want to take any more mood altering substances, spent too long self medicating with AL and knowing my luck i would get addicted to anti depressants. If it's a matter of feeling the pain then at least that is real.

Not trying to persuade you here Tabbers but anti ds are not mind altering, well not in the same way as illicit drugs or alcohol anyway.
I am prolly a bit keen here because dealing with my depression by using them and counselling etc has helped me....and of course thats not everyones way. I understand that.

Good Morning Guys,

Ahhh Ktab, I am sorry you are down hon, I can understand somewhat, I don't take anti D's and sometimes still get the downers but since quitting the booze it has improved tremendously.

Having said that, when I stopped drinking initially, I was very depressed thinking I was giving up drink for good, I was still in deprivation mode.

The early days are tough, take it hour by hour ok??? And remember we are all just a click away xx

Bored with the washer now, Reccy.

Well after a long career as an unqualified doctor, surgeon and washing machine repair man I am now about to become a totally unqualified gardener.

I got some lovely garden tools, 2 giant bags of compost, a watering can, 5 boxes of bedding plants , 3 big planters and swoon swoon me very own spade.

Oh and wait until you see me the lovely cabin baggage that me daughter bought me and the Pirate of the Caribbean nintendo game.

I was well spoilt.

Yoooooooo hooooooooo Oners,

This hand luggage thingy's got little wheels and enough room for at least 10 pairs of knickers. I'm chuffed to bits.

Funny thing was I enjoyed yesterday more than I did my first AF birthday as I was a bit on edge last year. I still had those little will I, won't I voices.

Didn't cross me mind yesterday.
