I am ok thanks JC, have little to complain about in the bigger scale of things and need to remember that. Logic doesn't always come into it though unfortunately. In addition I need to remember that AL is a depressiant.
Soooo I am dragging myself by the ears to do something productive today, so far making a bucket of coffee is the height of my achievements.

You see KT, this is sounding soooooooooooo much like depression, hun. I'm a fully qualified depressive suffered on and orff for years. I'm been on a very low dose of prozac since last August and feeling more or less normal.I haven't found it mind altering at all just got rid of the hideous low I couldn't get me arse out of. Had to do the fresh air and walking the dog meself.I do however make sure that I see me doc every two months for a review and she reckons I'll be off them by this August.

Or have you tried St John's Wort, gave Oney all sorts of 'interesting' dreams

Booking Mr JC's flight tonight as I made him mow the lawn when he got in and he was too knackered after his dinner to drag himself into the computer chair.

I need to know everything about this apartment,Chillers. What's it like, how many bedrooms, which plant pot you're going to leave the spare key so I can come and rifle through the drawers when you're out.

I have little doubt you are correct. I used to be much worse years ago, actually welcomed the black cloud and felt ok in there. Ok I have decided I am not going to the doctor and not going to take medication for this. Its not like it hits very often and this was triggered by a big drinking episode.
No drinking make KTAB a happy boy so there is my answer staring me in the face.

Must say tempting as Oney's erotic dreams are though DW wouldnt thank you

KTAB - As another depressive, I would say yes try and get to the DR. I also read a good book called
'How to lift depression... [Fast]' by Joe Griffin and Ivan Tyrell if you're anything like me and are wary of other meds.
