Yeah and that's what worries me. I feel like he should be laying more groundwork and talking to recruiters now at least to find out where the market is. I mean, I had been speaking to some people for over a year before I went at in proper. I just worry that if he isn't proactive in the current climate then it will be harder. And making jokes about sunning himself by the pool when I am out at work makes for an unhappy cassia.
