Wow, yes! 8 1/2 hours is pretty good going for us oldies. Oddly enough, I often find it's the case that when you get more sleep you're also a bit lethargic the next day. Do you get all your pills from the doc or are you able to get them over the counter in the US?

Whilst doing a bit of gardening I found a half bottle of Gin hidden in the bushes. How on earth did that get there?
