I do understand. I was angry for a long time with stuff that happened in my life. Much easier said than done but to move on we have to let it go. Anger is a normal reaction to bad things but it can eat away at us if we let it. It can become all encompassing. By letting it go we are giving ourselves a gift I think.

I know it is. Maybe look upon it in the way we accept our alcoholism. It is a fact of life we need to see it for what it is, accept it and move to the next stage.

Really as I see it there is common ground here. We have two choices, stop drinking and live our lives or keep drinking and let it destroy us and our families.
Anger is the same, can have the same outcome and we have to ultimately make the same choice.

                            Hi Panno.

                                :wavin: Panno.
I don't mind buzzy creatures but my dog does. He tries to catch them. Several times has squashed a fly between the window and the curtain with his nose. :yuk:

Mario, I agree with what KTAB said. Sure will do you no good to keep that anger inside you. Maybe your counselor can help you find away to put it in the past and move on.

                                See you Molly and Opal.

                                How's things Zeppie?
