          Weather has changed now,cold and pissing rain but it is a GOOD day, just a wet one!

          Yep Mario, the army are a force to be reckoned with and I honestly have changed so much as a person since being here. You are a very important part of my life and I love you all.

                            I reckon it is probably brilliant but I can only last minutes but on the road I can run for hours. But Mario you are a cyclist and that is a fab aerobic workout.
