Zen: thanks for the tips, I havn't actually heard of that particuarly change in diet for eczma, I tried dairy free as often eczma can be caused by a form of allergy to dairy but that did me no good. With regards to perfumed moisturisers - I use a prescription moisturiser which has roughly the same texture as lard twice a day and that seems to serve me well, I'll try the vitamin E oil - I have experimented with it before but was very forgetful about it, though I'll have to work it in around my moisturising routine xD I considered getting a humidifier but couldn't afford to, whcih is unfortunate as when i lived in a cold damp house my skin was great xD Any information on herbal products and supplements would be good, I might not take all of it on board but it's always useful to know of different things I can try and anything about the foods to avoid as well as I haven't actually been told about them (you can probably tell that my experience even with specialists has been less than great).
I have faced it, a life wasted, and I am never going back there again

To ya'll my name is inchy. I am an alcoholic - and priority number one is making it to the end of this day AF. No excuses.

          Hello army, :hallo:

Hiya Inchy - I don't often wander out of the barracks, so I only just saw your thread. Can't offer any advice about the eczema, but have you spoken to your doc about the emotional suffering and suicidal thoughts? S/he may be able to prescribe you something to make you feel better or refer you to see someone about it. Just a thought. Good luck with the new treatment though.

Evening all. Having a horrible day as Mr Grumpy is barely speaking to me and there is a bad atmosphere in the anon house. He is going to be more fed up with me when I go out for a run with two fellas who are calling for me in 10 mins.
                Back later--

                  Eveninks my darlinks,

Aw Mrs A, sorry Mr Grumpy's in a shite mood.

It's been very very hot. Got all me plants bedded in. Got a bit slapdash towards the end as I was getting hot and bothered. So dawg knows if the Petunias are in with the Busy Lizzies or the Sweetpeas. We'll see in a few weeks.
Only a bit of thinning to do and keep on top watering and it'll look like Kew Gardens.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Seriously tho Mrs A, since I stopped (as best I can) paying attention to that nonsense, things have improved beyond belief, y'know your fella - I'm sure he's delighted you're sober - but part of him is prob a bit jealous - think back 12 months, would you have been going running with two young men I DON'T THINK SO!! Men are like babies really (shut your ears all male members of this thread) they crave attention, and when your interests are so different to theirs........... I know my hubs wouldn't say it but I think he resents that I do myself up to go to work - I get lots of compliments (even tho I'm an old lady) and then lounge round in the house in my trakkies and hoodies. I'll say it again - sod them
DEADLY post Mollers and my sentiments exactly!

The American tax system is unnecessarily complicated, and I am an accoutant! I feel sorry for people who are trying to understand it with no knowledge of it. X

Just watering various plants in various locations.

Mr JC's been up a tree most of the day at his Dad's.
