Saffy - I think if we actually picked up all those rocks and used them to built something beautiful like a mandala or a wall, we'd eventually see that we needed to fall arse over tit, many times, to end up with a solid and beautiful structure. And the structure would serve to remind us.

Orf into the arvo sun. Seems both girls had an RDO today. Slackers.

Afternoon all, crap weather headed from somewhere - not from you on the goldie Sunny? Anyway nearly had a prang heading back from northside, drains around Suncorp still backing up and it was a tad hairy there.

yeah, well, we had tornados here :H I was a little anxious as Mr B is in Ak and on the North Shore, but he is all fine. But two people that I was due to interview tomorrow have been sent home from work due to the fact that the building they work in no longer has a roof!

oh - have always been meaning to read her!! Plus Jack Kerouac!! More things to put onto the list of things to do ...... :H

It feels very weird to be in Wellington at the moment. We are known as the windy city - but Auckland got the tornado. And we live on an active fault line - but Chch got the earthquake. There is a very strong sense of "waiting for our turn" that is quite palpable. I did some work at a new place today that has individualised emergency kits under every desk. I'm a bit of a "que sera" person myself, although I did get our house kit sorted after the last Chch earthquake.

He doesn't like to repeat the same lesson 12 times so I am forced to remember some of what I learn from him.

I like the rock analogy. It's different. Let's take all the rocks and make a rock wall. The bottom will be the beginning of the lesson. The top is what we have come away from with all the steps we taken on the rocks to get to the top.

It's raining and drizzly on the gold coast. Unlike you relaxing peeps, I am having one of those Terrible, no good, very bad days, or aka murphys law is ruling Tuesday. Hope every one is enjoying theirs though. I am just getting to have my first cup of coffee. YAY for that!
Thanks for that Sunshine x Hope your day gets better

think we should call on some of the ovaries ........ which ones of them live close enough to Hadrian's wall to be able to shoot a few pebbles our way?? (I'm not going to hazard a guess in case I get my Lancastrians mixed up with the Yorkshire folk .... or would that be Northumbrians for Hadrian's wall? )
