              Troubled folk indeed TF. Removing the grog help's, but geez, for some folk, just reality is difficult, as it can be, and for some newly sober folk, it can be scary, especially if you're not ready for it, not to mention various med combo's. It's a cunning and baffling foe for the best of us.

                  Hi Missy I was wondering how your running is going. The Nautica NYC tri is a few months away. I've been sluggish. A friend suggested mountain biking on hills and rough terrain to regain leg strenght and mobility. I'm going to give it a try!

                      Overcast here, but just above them grey skies is.......is..........that's right reader, blue ones!

                      Well, just in from a long night around the back streets and hotel's of inner city Melbourne, consoling the inevitable, but common fallout after the Logies. I've been with yer weathermen, yer makeup artist's, Larry Emdur, Poh Ling Leow, Rex Goh, who missed out on the musical director gig for the night, Hayley Lewis, and many, many other's. It's a cruel industry that sweeten's you up, then spit's you out at it's leisure with no respect.
                      As many of you would know, i carry 3 phones on such occassion's, so i had Charlie Sheen babbling in one ear from a Vegas club, and the beautiful, serene Mariah Carey in the other going goo goo gaa gaa with her twins. It was a beautiful but surreal night. A touch of yer tragi-comedy, yer farce, yer love gone wrong, and the triumph's. It was all there.

                      And now Brynnie wants me to couch her, (Edit: i mean coach) for 'dancing with the star's'. It never ends i tell's ya. Am i waffling?

                          Labour Day was only in Qld yesterday. It isn't Labour Day till 3rd Oct for NSW SA and ACt... and the Queens birthday for West Australians................... I thought they were only 2 hours behind us, not 4 months. But there ya go.

                          Just got a PM from Kimberley.... she went to two Royal Wedding street parties!! Oddly enough she wasn't invited to the wedding.

                            Hello folks,

                            I was in Manhattan today looking at apartments. This is a VERY scary thing to do. In my price range there is little worth considering. I did find a lovely loft type apartment in Soho. The rent is $3,500/mo. Not bad for that part of the city. I made an offer on a buy so we'll see what happens. This just might be the coolest place I've ever seen. GREAT views from the loft. 3200 sq feet of living space. Plenty of room for all my electronics. The place comes with all the furnishings. Some I like, some are garish. Wish me luck!!!
