            HP - could I please have the Beef Carpaccio followed by Scampi Tail Orecchiette. Then I think I'll go three cheeses for dessert. Thank you.

              Hello Unders. I have just dragged myself out of bed and am having my coffee. A but late I know but hey, it's my Saturday. Looks like everything is in order here. I might try and make a break for the gym, not sure yet. I am 50 AF days today and halfway to my next goal of 100.

                      All of the above I'm sure if SST and Tawny likes it--I have fricken spider crawling up my back and can't get him!

                        I wish I had had my locusts all these years--gals can be locusts as we all know. ;

                          One more post from me--quinoa, broccoli, hot peppers and cheese--it'll have to do. Makes the hot flashes return--that is good and that is all.

                                Nope--I'm not so compassionate--spiders live outside imo--can be irritating or deadly otherwise.
