Hiya HP - no DNS or sporadic BING! happening here. Don't know if I should be sad about that.

Had a top day taking all the epiphyllums into the shade house so hopefully Mr Frosty won't kill 'em. Also having my first attempt at propagating Oriental liliums from their little side bulblets. The olive picking process is coming along nicely with their daily change of brine. I calculate (according to Mrs Google) that they should start tasting ok next saturday.

Now I really have to go and watch Kevin. Did anybody see last night's German house being built in four, that's 4, fusking days?

Just got home from a along day.
You know your day is going to be good when you back out of the driveway on the way to work and scrape the car along the brick wall. :thumbs:
You know it gets better when your cars reverse function is no longer in working order. :banana::clapclap:
Last but not least, when you are driving and eating, and soy sauce spills down your nice white jumper and you are going back to work. YAY! :jumpwow:

Just had a 3 way with Brynney Edelstein and Olivia Newton John. Er, unfortunately 3 way as in conference phone convo. Brynne's a bit upset after being likened to a 'sack of potatoes' by a dancing with the star's judge. Geoff gave the judge a bit of stick after the comment, as a husband should, then Sonia Kruger said re Geoff......'it's nice to have Brynne's dad in the audience'. It was all a bit much for the girl. Me and Liv just said 'Brynne, c'mon love, put one foot in front of the other and get back out there'. I rang Geoff, but he was busy rotating the hubcaps on the Roller. Look, if nothing else, Brynney and Geoff are proud people, and survivor's. Geoff's developed a thick skin, and not from the solarium in the garage, no. People have been laughing at him for year's, but, sometimes i wonder. Who is really laughing, eh? Sorry, but this has been eating away at me ALL day.

Sunshine,

Soak the whole jumper in soy sauce, and leave for 45 minutes. Hang it out to dry in the sun tomorrow so the soy 'takes' to the material. Air it for a week, and she's as good as gold.

Excellent advice, MrG! Might I suggest a gentle sprinkling of fish sauce to aerate the fibres whilst said jumper is resting in the sun?

quick update from me ....... we seem to have a BIG DNS problem, which Mr B is trying to sort out but with not a lot of luck. The connection to MWO went from the office yesterday as well, but he has managed to get it on back here (office) but still cant get it n at home. However, I can get in through the local city-net on my i-pad!!!

But Mr B says he thinks that other people in NZ and Oz might be having problems too, so is going to try to get in touch with the MWO admin people.

In other news, Mr B's daughter is fine - not hurt physically, but pretty freaked out. She is doing everything right though - has reported it to the police, is talking about it lots and is accepting lots of nurturing from Mr B and all her friends. Mr B is driving her to work every day and waiting otside until she finishes and driving her home again. She had already resigned from that job anyway (crap wages and hours in the aged care sector) and her last night is tonight, so she can move on.
