    Underoo's and guests, May 1st, 2011.

Morning HP Sauce, Horny frog, and all to drop by,

Have a great walk today with the dog's Sunshine.

Yes, Missy M.I.A. Thinking of you Missy.

I've actually met Missy, and it's rare, but very noice to be able to picture the person behind the cyber persona. Kind of up's the level of connection. (Well, from my end this is a nice thing, don't know how she feel's about that....:H)

Orf to the coalface again this morning. Am working with a good crew, so a bit of a laugh is alway's guaranteed.

'ave a good day everyone! Reflect, smile, think positive, and things are never as hard as they first seem.

'I am part of all that I have met, yet all experience is an arch wherethro', gleams that untravelled world whose margins fade, forever and forever when I move'

      Hi fellow Undies!
I've been around here for a while now, Reggie suggested I join you lot!
So, here I am. Having a nice cruisy Sunday morning, reading the paper, drinking tea....I hope the rest of the day is so good. Have a relaxing Sunday undies.

Panny - great to have you here! We can always do with more undies. From memory, you're in WA? That's great because it'll give Sunshine someone to talk to when we've all gone to bed.

Reggie - about time you showed up. I was going to ask for a note from your mum. Glad all is ok if you promise to behave yourself. Gentle steam mopping only, please.

Gorgeous outdoor day here, only about 12C but sunny and no wind. I've divided and replanted lots of liliums, picked up more sticks, cleaned out a gutter and will prolly declare a pink dress afternoon (in between checking on the status of the royal chapeau)

Bloody hell Reginald !!!! (of course we care)
Did they give you any clues about how to prevent a recurrence ?
You really are having a bad trot there so to speak !
I'd like to know what the silly thing was that you did at work though

Well guys, such a beautiful day here, can't help but think what a buzz life is.

          Yummy reheated leftovers for lunch.

Master plan is to take my new cooking book out into the over grown garden with a cup of my newly purchased Darjeeling Seasonal ( what a treat ). Take a good hard look at gardy and make plans, closely followed by opening up the house to the air and sun and partake of a full afternoon of cooking for the week ahead.

Nice to see you Panadol. Glad you found us.

              Hey Under Undies,
Had a fabulous walk at the beach with some 600 plus dogs and people. SO GREAT! Beautiful sunny day as well. I am now addicted to ebay. Thanks for that Bridge. I decided after your hat talk I would go have a wander over on that site. Then I started bidding on things thinking "oh boy this is fun." Then the messages got sent to hubs email (it's his account,) :H He begins sayin you bought what????? Just some clothing. A pair of jeans than normally run $150 for $10 plus shipping. Bargain. Still buying more expensive jeans for cheap. K, I will visit later. I must catch up on my masterchef online before tonights episode.

Hi Panny! Yes, Sunny needs night owl company and shes not getting it here. Think I am jumping into bedders 8.30 9 ish and up round the 4 mark which was bitterly cold this am.

Reggie, pleased you are back and hope you stay well. Moppage required at my house too please if you have the strength.

Have been to the shops today. Youngest locust orf to camp at top end of NSW and needed thermals. At the moment he is prancing around in trackies, a wife basher, beanie and fingerless gloves. All 32kg of it. Not good. Like a rapper stick insect. He will be gone all week :upset: but it will be good for him :upset:

Hope the days going great for all.

Oh NO ! Not today !

I was just going to share my little slice of heaven with you. Promised myself no laptop this arvi, but it's too perfect, thought ....no must go get lappy, Undies need to know about this.

Sun glistening down through the autumn leaves, just like stained glass. Chookies and dogs playing peacefully along side one another, frollicking in the light. Fragrant dinner bubbling away in the slow cooker. Picking herbs and late veges make caponata to accompany.
                        Bliss.
                        Pure bliss.

I tell you what, they better not drop in here!

Pan, I do need some night company on this board.
Hp, I live on NSW/QLD border, and even though it's lovely in the sun, am still wrapped up in sweats and blanket.:H

                            Undies, I miss you all!!!!!!!

I have walked into work today for the pure pleasure of logging in!!! Still cant get in out home and now cant log in from the local cafenet either. For some reason it is still getting through at work (this might be because our ISP is small and niche and technically specialist, while home is the main national ISP) ...... but at the moment I am really busy out and about and only here 2 days a week.

I'm sending a few people PMs with my real world email as I'm a bit worried about being cut adrift. I notice that 2 other NZ members (Mumofsix and Wanderbird) dont appear to have posted since last weekend either and I wonder whether there is something going on around routing that is cutting us off somewhere. Mr B hasn't had any luck with sorting things out and this thread

                            https://www.mywayout.org/community/f9...ite-49821.html

made me think that running the site on the smell of an oily rag is maybe having some consequences???????

I have never been a subscriber, but if that is what it would take to keep this site running then I will mount a campaign for it!!!

You all rock. So thoughtful!!!!!!! Asparagus rolls in abundance please. And vegemite/avo has to be on Vogels. Suggest we put TF and Bridge in the chook house and see what is does for the harvest - if it works for the chooks, then we might let them loose here.

HP - I might be the only other person in the world who shares your talent for yoko impersonations :H:H

I think I'm one step closer to answering that hedonism question today.

A lot of things can be pure pleasure, with no alcohol at all.
It's just a matter of making our every day moments special with a bit of effort and appreciation.
