Morning psychos,

Got raptured (0ne of the first to be beamed up actually) but alas got the boot faster than you can say Jack Lambie. Reason being....I smelled like the bottom of a bar room trough:upset: and my grooming and deportment wasnt up to scratch, I distinctly remember someone asking if I had rolled in the carcas of dead pigeon...No that was Reggies dog Olive, but point taken anyway. Well thats it for me, I am here for the next five months and will have to take whats coming to me. Seriously though I have just read back at all of your messages of support and it means the world to me. Your words of encouragement go straight to my heart, in fact I had a few tears. So thankyou my darling albeit heathen friends. Back on track now....scoffing the vitamins and getting back to the giving this gig my FULL attention. I lost the plot slowly by letting things fall away. One of them was checking in here and engaging with the collective consciousness of support...it is very powerful stuff and I cant let that go at any cost.

I'm orf to the quack. I know he hasnt been beamed up cause he is a scroundrel, but one of the good guys who will listen to me and research stuff that I throw at him without sniffing the distainful sniff of the "I know better than you and its all tree hugging hippy crap" (my views on alternate therapies).

Will get back this arvo and catch up properly. BTW fusking hilarious repartee re: rapture theory.

Are we still on the fitness thing? I've packed on a few kilos the last 2 months. I am going to go to the fitness place this arvo.

geez it's good to be back among old friends.

I'm going to be working on copying and downsizing some photos from the trip, as well as deleting lots of them.
Did anyone see Better Homes and Gardens a few weeks ago when they did a bit about Paronella Park? Mr Rags and I went there... will have piccies of it late to-day for ewes. And the amazing orange palm tree. I WANT ONE!!!!

I also need to find out about facebook from any of you who know how it works. A friend emailed me to join, which I did, but how do i get it as a shortcut icon on my screen so I can log in? And when I do log in, what am I supposed to do? Is it just fancy email??? or a chat thing or what??

Afternoon All

having a lazy day today, feel quite shattered after my busy weekend, daughter hubby and there 2 oldest kids went to x factor yesteday, so I was babysitting the 2 younger ones, but it was great to have them, had a roast dinner ready for when they came to pick them up.
I must admit I am enjoying the sober life, Ive had a few bumbs on my way, I still have days where I feel a little down, but who has'nt, thats part of life is'nt it, at least without the AL I can cope with that better. You know in the past, if I had been gardening, or cleaned the house, I would have a drink to reward myself, now I think thats not rewarding, thats punishing myself, I have been AF for quite a few months now, and coping pretty well. hope I have'nt bored you all to :upset:

Saucy - here's me olives! They've stopped being bitter so the large jar is filled with brine out of which I'll decant into smaller eat-me-now flavoured ones. I've got garlic, chili, rosemary, balsamic v and of course oil in the small one.
