Here's my offering for today in the beauty department.
I,ve just discovered Argan Oil......an oil made from ground seed from Morrocco. A very exey little drop, but dog folks....a teensy bit in the hair and one has soft gorgeous locks for days.Non greasy. Use it on the skin, hands. I like yer products that are multi purpose. I just woke up looking like ANgelina Jolie. :H

Don't tell me I never do anything for youz.

So what's everyone up to today ?
Perhaps must try this oil. Where do you buy? Have been drinking some nasty hair vitamin liquid to help with lovely hair. Not sure it works.

I will be working, then coming here to check on all of you. Then soccer tonight. Then who knows, I could possibly sleep early again. Although highly unlikely.

    Have a Kick ass day!

      Morning Tawny, Sunny and Angelina,

Glad you had a fantastic sleep ,MC.

Well, today i'm doing 'bullying and harrassment' training for work. Don't they realise that after said training, i will then have managements own techniques to bully and harrass them into a pay rise? Fool's!
But this'll be a laugh i reckon. Can't wait to hear the social worker presenter, and the eeeedjit responses of serial whinger's forever complaining but who won't stand up, join the union for support, and take action. Harsh? Probably. Spoken like a workplace union delegate? Yep! Might bully and harrass a few folk after the session to join up....They'll thank me later i know.

        Sunny,

My hair is real shiny now i don't drink. Not sure how long it took to regain the shine. Anyway, i haven't tried this myself, but a woman i was talking to yesty on the train told me she heats up 200 grams of vegemite in a pan, then mixes it up with asparagus and olive oil (must be first cold pressed). Allows to dry forming a nice creamy paste, refrigerates for 2 day's, then warms it up again, and applies to hair working up a nice lather. Don't shampoo though, as that will strip the natural oils that the olive oil component has added to your now shining bouffon.

Can't recommend one brand over another and there are several on the market.
I got mine at a hair warehouse type place it's a chain like that price attack place. You can buy it on the internet as well. I just got a little bottle to try it for about 5 bucks, little orange bottle. But I first got onto it when I had my big scary haircut recently, and hairdresser put it in. I wash hair every day because of greasies, but it lasted through sveral washes.

Having a cold and bad weather does have it advantages. Staying sober without a fight tonight.
I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                        Morning lovlies,

wonderful wonderful day for me today. have already donned tenlayers of clothes and braved the very thick frost/fog to walk precious Lucy. She seems to be taking advantage of all the fuss made of her yesty and insisted on leading the way through the whole walk, taking me to the edge of a cliff and pulling me through scrub.

Off doing the Bridge thing today. Lunching with a very dear friend who , she wont stop for breath for at least three hours..she yaps, I piss myself laughing.

Have a great day my freinds...off now to collect the ingredients for Mr. G.'s hair potion.
