      Yup, I got myself somewhat broken. Both legs, one knee, and one shoulder. Reminds me of the George Thorogood song, One Bourbon, one scotch, and one beer. I?m in a rehab now. I should be 99% in the next few weeks. I gotta tell you the Saab saved my life. It was so scary. I was on the East Side Drive coming out of the city. There was a flat bed truck ahead of me. The truck hit a bump, and a unsecured piece of lumber flew into my window. I hit a pillar on the road. All I remember is wood, blood, and the EMT?s PLEASE let the community know that I love them and that I?ll be back soon..

                Okay, I know you are all asleep, and I will once again regret being up so late when I have to get up. Again it is not a good idea either I have now watched 5 episodes of International Ghost Hunters where they see if places are haunted. Some scary stuff out there. I will be up bright and early. Just to let you know Sydney, Australia – Quarantine Station, and Port Arther Tasmania are both absolutely haunted. I hope I don't have nightmares now.

                  Hello Undies--checking in from my cheap seat. Glad that I do or I wouldn't have known about Techie--I sent a pm when he popped in a the last time but did not hear back--I'm ashamed to say I waffled between worry and taking it personally. Please pass my best wishes for a full recovery from me too Tawny.

                  Ficks I am thinking of you too. You seem like an incredibly sweet, bright, fun girl. When I found myself drinking into the night passing out and then taking a drink the next morning(only a few times--haha only) I knew it had to stop--For me it wasn't just stopping that madness but I needed to stop being the passive victim in my life. You have an incredible support team here in the Undies fold. I truly wish you the strength and tools you need to take control. Hugs to you.xo

                      Yes, am now regretting late night watching bad tv. Getting in shower and heading off for 10 hours of work, and then if it's not raining, a soccer game. Lots of weird dreams lately. I hope everyone here has a kick ass Monday.

                          Hey, nice post RC. And here's a :l for you.

                          Re Grand Tarino. I've gotta see this filum. There's lot's i haven't seen, and filum's are also a great tool to change our thinking, and distract or pull us out of a funk, non? Or put us in one, but i went to heaps of cinema's as a distraction when i gave up the smokes. It rooly helped, and one could use the same technique to assist in staying off the grog. Pick the right sort of movie, and you come out of there inspired, re-charged, and in a fresh headspace. Noice.

                            Feel like crap today and might just head back to bed once I've dropped a maths assignment someone forgot to school. Think I am getting the little locusts lurgy. Might need tuckage, tea and puter in the sheets.
