      GOOD FOR YOU, DRIFTY! You stay determined and don't listen to anything that demon tries to say to you! You know where that journey takes you, into the pit of hell! You are so strong that you can do this! Yes, Ruby, the last pic was of an azalea bush. I don't know what is wrong with photobucket. I'm so happy you are getting to show the Rogers your heritage and ya'll are having such a wonderful time together. You both needed that.         I am here...worked alone today and tomorrow
        for some reason I have really been in a black hole so i made an appt to change anti depressants...Effexor puts me in a fog and i HATE it
        Granpa bought the kids a new jet ski so we will be at lake all weekend
        too tired to mention everyone but you know i LOVE you
        I love my family more than alcohol.:h

          Get yee to a GOOD multi vitamin/mineral sup + EFA friends---it is foundational! Huge step for me friends---contacted my bio Dad--just got off a phone call from him after I contacted his brother/my uncle. Life is good---keep moving forward friends. DA I hope you resisted and Rene I had sushi tonight too!

            All sounds good, guys! I have some pics I'll try to post tomorrow. I'm esconced in my boudoir, working on my new I-phone. I LOVE it! Has so many little tricks and gimmicks, but most important a BIG keypad, and one touch dialing for my contacts. The camera is a 5G and the pics are so easy to take, come out so well. I'm a happy customer!! Now to connect my WiFi stuff, and actually learn what I'm doing.
            RC, I thought a bout you tonight when I showered and washed my hair. Bought some Aloe Vera/Lavender organic shampoo, and some herbal and Tea Tree Oil conditioner. My hair is SOOOOOoooo soft, and smells absolutely luscious!
            I'm so happy you are making that connection, RC. Sometimes we feel we are missing something, and you're going to get a chance to explore that.

                Sweetie, I did. I'm SO sorry I didn't acknowledge it. I've actually thought a lot today about the situation. But you have to think about Maggie first, and you said early that Sadie may need more specialized care. You did a good thing, while you could. And I hope you'll be able to do it again. I've fostered, and it's wonderful and awful, at the same time. But we give hope, don't we?

                              Good Saturday morning all.

                              Grateful, I hope your party is a success.
                              Ruby, I have not tried that technique either with the seeds... interesting. Perhaps I will. Thanks for the idea.
                              Rene, glad your computer is up and running. How are you feeling?
                              Vicki, I hope the grand opening is fun. Squirels are amazing animals, my dad made a cone like thing out of tin, that stopped them from being able to climp up the pole.
                              Drifty, it is amazing what cues will make us want to drink. Some smells, sounds, images, habitual events, and the list goes on and on and on. Stay strong you can do it. I have found that over time, many of the smaller "non personal" cues, don't carry the same strength, and eventually don't elicit the urge any more.
                              Mama, have fun on the jet ski, wahoooo.
                              Tony, I hope that you get an interview, it sounds promising.

                              I am off to officiate floor hockey at a tournament for kids at my school and community. Should be fun, but it is raining

                                Hey Tony - great news! Glad that you have finished your training and that everything sounds good. Ruby hope your weekend calms down a bit for you although it doesn't sounds as if it is going to!!! Rog - you sound as if you are keeping busy and are so happy about it! Grateful - you have a houseful this weekend - Vicki - you will be missing this weekend - RC - you and I are both working! For me, morning came way too quickly - I was up way too late - mumble grumble moan.,.... Fen - do you have any plans for the weekend? Jan - have fun at the lake won't you. Rest and enjoy yourself.

                                Vicki - I accept that the squirrels are going to feed from my feeder too - I fill it each day and it is empty by morning, but figure that the squirrels need to eat too - LOL, so I am not the one to ask about keeping them away from the feeder - sorry! The birds and the squirrels both feed from mine at the same time.

                                Drifty - good for you not drinking. Hi Rene - how are you today? And Merry too.... So nice to see you all.

                                SST - you will be off to bed shortly - did you have a good day today? Is it a holiday weekend for you too? Hope you enjoy it. I work today then have 4 days off - yeh!
