No tips - he just ate his choc melting pit before I was ready. I thought we could eat them together. He will regret that in two week when I am not here. X

God! Have some mercy! Who WOULD have been able to resist that? He should be commended for not having eaten yours too.

We're having curry again tonight, by the way. I overcatered ever so slightly last night... Leftover curry is delicious though, so I'm not complaining.

He nibbled at my cheese earlier! That did NOT go down well. He could have my choc pot if he leaves me cheese alone. X

Cape Malay - a local curry as traditionally eaten by the Cape Malay people - the descendants of slaves originally from Indonesia & Malaysia. Roasted masala, fresh ginger & garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, chillies, turmeric and a few other bobs & bits. Or is that bits & bobs? Very spicy, but not tongue-lashingly hot.

I used chicken last night because two of the guests don't eat red meat. It is best with lamb (IMO). Vegetarian can also be rather good, especially with winter squash and the like.
