That year was the year I got sober in the July and stayed that way for about 5/6 months.

I'z just counting on me fingers at the moment..............so after faffing about for about 4 years with AF, AA, modding, bingeing, only drinking with a Y in the day, only holidays, birthday parties until the final absolute falling off the wagon in March to July 2009 I finally got here.

That really gives me hope. July was my watershed month.

Mrs A, there is always hope. This journey is probably the hardest thing and most worthwhile thing i have ever done. I tried for years too, but in the end, it stuck xx

Thought I'd better venture outside and inspect the garden cos they say it's going to rain tomorrow and blimey, what a mess! Reccie - don't complain about the weather please. I live in Greece and it was almost like winter here today. Cold, windy and rainy. Give me a month and I'll be complaining about the heat waves....
