Hi Panno, beautiful day here Mario, you should plan something nice outdoors for after your session if you are off today.
Going to see if I can sneak an hour off to go for a swim myself and maybe attack the garden this evening. Have to be careful though because when I over do it in the garden thoughts very quickly turn to ice cold beer. I suppose recognising our triggers before they strike is half the battle.

I might have to come over to Manchester and take you running!
You only need to do 2 minutes run 1 minute walk for 15 minutes to start off and soon you will feel able to run for 30 minutes non stop and then the world is your hamster
