I've never even been a spectator at a marathon. Many moons ago the night before Mr JC was due to run the Great North Run I conveniently got pneumonia.

Not too good on gardening. KTAB I will do the heavy stuff if you give me directions.

Good idea. Maybe eat some thing small before you go and bring a bottle of water with you. I know personally getting thirsty can quickly become 'oh I want a beer' in my squidgy brain.

Hello Waggy. My daughters all had braces not a good look at the time but well worth it in the end.
Right off for a walk. KTAB got a bottle of water and just eating an egg butty as I write.---Now go and do some work. Thanks for the sensible advice

Afternoon all.
Having an awfull day. Massive argument with my mother and Erins horse riding has been cancelled again! She is going to be so gutted when I pick her up as this is the second time its been cancelled. Going to look at some other stables.
Very restless, irritable and discontent.
