It's not a tenth as bad as it was and the physio said this might happen. Once this wee bit of a relapse is over it should be as good as new. I'll be shot putting with the best of them by the end of the year.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Molly go for wholegrain porridge followed by free range eggs, thats what I am having oh and a bucket of freshly ground java and some toast.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?Comment
