You are very welcome, just passing on advice that was passed on myself. Pretty good at giving it, not so great at taking it myself, at times. Still got my sober head on but a bucket of l-glut and eating like a horse was needed last night.

Not drinking through what has being going on in your world is amazing Palo, a big fair play to ya girl.

Molly I have grown a token beer/eating crap whilest drinking belly. I have also become quite sedentary since I returned from the south, with the exception of my garden of course. Really need to get back to the walking everyday and the gym & swim when I can afford the membership again.

Monsewer KT, I shall expect you here at your witching hour, you know I likes a good natter round abart 6ish. Used to be a killer for moi 6ish. Actually to be honest so was 1ish, 2 ish, 3 ish, 4 ish..........ach you get me drift.
