My little bit of medical news for the day - having been offered a psychiatric assessment appointment in less than two weeks, I've also now been put on an NHS waiting list for counselling - gotta wait 10-12 weeks for it though. At least things are finally starting to happen. I think it's my best (or possibly only) chance of getting off the drink.

I need someone to direct/take me to Simmonscourt Dublin 4 on Sunday to pick up my race number. Any offers?
BTW I will eat anything:H
How early Mrs A and I'll take the wee shuttle bus and meet you at the airport. You'll know exactly who I am as I've got no eyebrows.
