    Good morning Starty & Molly

I'm going to have a tough day ahead of me. We discovered fraud by one of my employees yesterday. It means immediate dismissal. FFS, can't people just play by the rules???

The dress doesn't matter, Starty - just put on your dancing shoes :h

The guy submitted false time sheets, Starty. About two thirds of the people in my team are paid by the hour. HE was overbilling us by, on average, 40 - 50 hours a months (that's based on an average of 160 - 1280 hours per month. We have a zero tolerance policy on that. If I don't act, it's my ass on the line.

Some time ago I became aware that someone was dipping into coat pockets and handbags in the kitchen area at work, I didn't do anything tho - just stopped bringing money etc. to work - chicken huh???
Yep, Molls. I'll have to wield the axe, so to speak. I hate it. But it's my responsibility.

I normally don't check up on people - you know, working on trust and all that. But his output has been low compared to other people doing similar work. Long periods absent from his desk etc. (it's a computer job, not a being out-and-about kind of role). Something just wasn't right, so I pulle dthe records from our access control system (we swipe in and out of the building).

He's a young chappie - mid 20s, our resident queen.

                            Good morning Tips,Molly,Starty and Expat
Off to number one daughter before she goes to work to get my hair done. (she is a wizz with straighteners)

I have to look reasonable as my long lost cousins are coming over from Dublin to meetup later on today. They used to be dead glam so I want to look half way decent.

Molly could give Starty and me fashion advice? Or maybe Expat with her Paris expertise?

Hope it is not too painful dealing with the fraud Tigger?
