Well by questioning yourself you will get to what does work for you. The thing that I found about acceptance is that I didn't just wake up one day and accept it, it was very gradual. Some days I still find it hard to accept but I just prefer my life some much more without it and i don't want to go back to the place i was in. I have too much to lose.
