Hope so, she reckons you can lose a stone in a month sticking to her diet, its 1200 calories a day for the first 2 weeks and then 1400 for the next 2...guess what she quotes for the extra 200 calories treats on the 2nd week..........Wine!! :H

No ironing, no housework, read the Guardian cover to cover.

I have lost 10lbs since forsaking the booze. Eating like a horse but on the other hand doing a fair bit of exercise. When drinking in the evening I would eat loads of crap. now I eat constantly some healthy food but loads of chocolate I LOVE TWIRLS

I have noticed on my recent slips how much rubbish I ate on those occasions.

                      Hiya JC

                      I am un-grabbed as well.

Did make a nice pot of soup waiting for all the action, though.

I got myself a wrap for lunch and plans to go to a restaurant tonight to celebrate going sober.
I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                            Yo Drifty.

More news of more consumerism from the JC household. We both got new phones.

Mine is just a wee upgrade from my last one, nothing spectacular but it is PINK.

Mr JC's has got all the knobs and whistles you could want on a phone on the same monthly contract he used to have.

Booked my hotel in San Fran and then saw a better deal for the room so I whinged and now got an upgrade for less money. I hope Tripadvisor is as good as their word as it is supposed to be one of the best hotels:new:
