Hypnosis CD's
Hi Barbara. Have you read the My Way Out Book? I started my journey by reading that. Then I purchased the Starter Kit from the health store here with all the recommended supplements, and got the abstinence CD's. I had some bumps in the road early on, but those tools were instrumental getting me going in the right direction.
